Manifesto

During the beginning of the pandemic we were lucky enough to be able to open an atelier, which later on became the „Team Sanity Base“. It is not by accident it´s located „in the middle of nowhere“, but also in the middle of metropolitian area of Nuremberg, Germany. We aimed to create a space that is far from noise, distraction and resonated with our work ethics and roots of quiet, rural sozialisation and a close to nature approach.The plan furthermore is to create a place to implement our values and cultural ecosystem without isolating.

Also the name comes as no surprise, and it literally saved a few members´ and collaborators´ sanity. It is still a way to escape the daily routine of corporate jobs and creative struggle. It's a magical gateway to dive into, when balance is needed and ideas are sparse. Join the team and lean into the endless opportunity the base offers.
